HALLOWEEN / CO-OP HORROR
KEEP IT ON HER asks who gets stuck holding the flashlight
One person watches Sweetie. Someone still has to fix the sink.

Who keeps the monster still while someone else fixes the sink? KEEP IT ON HER turns that question into a motel night shift: Sweetie stops when a flashlight is pointed at her, while the building keeps producing jobs that need somebody’s attention.
That is a more specific invitation than simply surviving together. One person can watch the hall while another deals with the plumbing. The immediate problem is deciding who does which job, then trusting the person whose beam is keeping the corridor safe.
Holding the light is a job
The flashlight is not an unlimited pause button. Sweetie moves when its holder turns away, and keeping the beam trained on her long enough can make the bulb sputter out. The developer also says screaming into your microphone reveals which floor you are on. Calling for help and giving away your position become an awkward combination.
Meanwhile, guests need towels, the desk phone rings, food trays need returning to the kitchen and dead breakers need attention. The sink matters because repairs compete with watching Sweetie. A chore that sounds trivial becomes a reason for the crew to split its attention.
The co-op rescue setup adds another decision: a grabbed player wakes up restrained upstairs, leaving the others to come untie them. For a group choosing a Halloween game, the interesting question is whether that mixture of errands, lookout duty and rescue sounds like an evening you want to organise. The hook depends on sharing responsibility, with plenty of room for panic to redistribute it.
Bring friends to the full game
Released on 23 October, the paid game includes Crew Shift for two to four players online, with proximity voice chat. The free demo is a solo Endless Shift. It is not a free co-op session; make that distinction before sending your group the download link. The Steam page lists both options.
Steam also flags jump scares, blood imagery, and flashing or flickering lights.
Where AI enters the production
Just2Dudes Studios credits human creative direction over an AI-assisted production process. Its disclosure includes generated code, character and environment assets, title and promotional artwork, audio, narrative text and translations. The game does not generate AI content during play. That covers implementation and several kinds of authored content, without establishing a percentage of the game made by AI.
As checked on 30 October, Steam lists a 10% introductory offer ending 2 November. Consult your regional store for the current price and terms.
